Ajith’s character name in ‘Viswasam’ revealed?

Thala Ajith’s ‘Viswasam’ shooting is happening non-stop at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad and currently a fight scene involving the box office king and villain Ravi Awana is being canned.  The film directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by Sathyajyothi Films has Ajith and Nayanthara as the lead pair while Thambi Ramaiah, Vivek, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, Ramesh Thilak, Bose Venkat, Ravi Awana and Kovai Sarala among others are doing pivotal roles.

Reports are just coming in that Thala Ajith’s name in ‘Viswasam’ is “Thookku” Durai.  Siruthai Siva has a penchant for giving magnetic names to Ajith’s characters such as Vinayakam in ‘Veeram’, Ganesh aka Vedalam in ‘Vedalam’, Ajay Kumar aka AK in ‘Vivegam’ and its no different in the new movie as well.  The first look posters have Ajith in two getups one as a old man in salt and pepper hair and beard and another young man.  Its still not clear which of the two Ajith’s name is Thookku Durai and what is the significance in the story.  The most awaited movie is expected to release on Pongal 2019.
