Thala Ajith's passion for bikes is legendary and there was a time when he competed on the race track and gained international recognition as well. The 'Valimai' team has shared another huge exploit of the mass hero on his two-wheeled chariot that once again shows that these two can never be separated.

According to the sources the shooting of 'Valimai' happened in Hyderabad where incidentally bike chase sequences were canned and a specially designed beast was reserved for Thala who plays a supercop. The inspirational hero fell so much in love with the machine that when the schedule packed up and the team was returning home he asked his flight tickets to be cancelled and instead chose to ride single.

It is said that Ajith's assistants took the flight while he rode the entire 650 km stretch from Hyderabad to Chennai only making stopovers for fuel and some food. 'Valimai' directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor has music score by Yuvan Shankar Raja with Huma Qureshi playing the female lead. The shooting will resume after the coronavirus lockdown ends.
