Thala Ajith fans and the general cinema viewers were in total shock as news broke out that the mass hero met with an accident while performing a dangerous stunt scene for his new movie 'Valimai'. A video is doing the rounds on social media that shows a rider wearing a helmet and goggles careening wildly on the edge of a parapet wall and falling down into a boat hitting his head and them into the water. The rider has ropes attached to him confirming its a film shoot and the video has been shared as the Thala Ajith mishap on social media.

When we got in touch with the sources close to Thala Ajith we got the information that a mishap did occur and he was injured but its nothing serious and he bore the pain to complete his work. Its a known fact that Ajith in spite of doctors and well-wishers advice prefers to do his own stunts to satisfy his fans and the film director completely. An official statement is expected soon on the status of the injury.

'Valimai' directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor has Huma Quereshi in an important role while the heroine and the rest of the cast details are kept under wraps.
