Thala Ajith's 'Valimai' slated for worldwide release on Pongal 2022 is one of the if not the most anticipated movies in the trade post the COVID 19 pandemic. The new age thriller directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor has Ajith, Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu and Karthikeya in the principal cast.

Meanwhile it is already confirmed that the same team of Ajith, H. Vinod and Boney Kapoor will reunite for the mass hero's next 'Thala 61' which will go on floors post the release of 'Valimai'.

Yuvan Shankar Raja scored the music for the team's last two movies 'Nerkonda Paarvai' and 'Valimai' and was expected to return for 'Thala 61' as well. But the hot buzz is that the sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander is on board and the official announcement will come soon.

Anirudh has already worked with Thala Ajith in 'Vedalam' and 'Vivegam' both directed by Siruthai Siva and this will be the combo's third project. On the other hand this is the first time that he is teaming up with director H. Vinod. Stay tuned for the official updates on this mega project.
