Comedy actor and Television host Thaadi Balaji's wife had seperated from him a few months back alleging that he had physically and mentally abused her and also used offensive language on her pulling up her caste.  Nithya also lodged a police complaint against her husband on which action is being taken.

Thaadi Balaji yesterday has handed over a complaint petition to the Chennai City Police Commissioner in which he has stated that the problem between himself and his wife is due to her illicit affair with one Faizal working in the State Electricity Board.  Apparently Balaji had approached his policeman friend Manoj Kumar to mediate for a reconciliatin with his wife.

According to Balaji's complaint his friend Manoj Kumar has switched sides and is now along with Faizal is threatening him that they will release compromising photos of Nithya with Faizal if he does not move out of her life.  Balaji has also stated that he will handover recording of the murder threat by the alleged persons.
