Tamil Film Producers Council’s strike have put an end to all film shootings save a few films such as ‘Vijay 62’, ‘Nadodigal 2’, ‘Kannum Kannum Kollaiadithal’ and another picture bankrolled by 18th Cross Pictures. Many producers have expressed their discontent in this regards to which the council has responded with a clarification.

The council has stated that the stuntmen for ‘Vijay 62’ from Hyderabad have immediate dates for their next films and hence permission for ‘Vijay 62’ shoot has been granted. And the council also reasoned that ‘Nadodigal 2’ team is in a compulsion to complete shoot in location similar to ‘Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithal’ team which can’t abruptly halt shooting midway in Delhi. The council also reiterated that these film crews received proper permission from the council before resuming their shoot.
