A teenage girl from Tennessee, who was last seen on January 13 at her home in Madisonville, was found last Thursday at Madison, Wisconsin, the same day her adoptive father Randall Pruitt was charged with rape in Tennessee.
According to an affidavit, the 14-year-old came in contact with 31-year-old Bryan David Rogers from Madison through an online game, where she reportedly admitted to him that she was being sexually assaulted. Following that, Rogers persuaded the minor girl to record a video of the same and send it to him. He later picked her up from her home in Tennessee and brought her back to his place in Wisconsin. He allegedly avoided tollways and gas stations with surveillance. When an investigation was launched on the girl’s disappearance, her chat conversation with Rogers was traced, along with the video he had demanded from her.
While it is still not clear whether the victim’s father has been charged with the rape of the teenager, Rogers, who is found guilty of knowingly persuading a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct could face 15 to 30 years in federal prison if convicted.
