Tenkasi Market comes to Chennai for Jayam Ravi film

Actor Jayam Ravi who is on a signing spree commenced work on his yet to be titled film to be directed by Suraj. The film will produced by the prestigious Lakshmi Movie Makers Banner as their 27th production.

The film was launched yesterday and shooting commenced with the lead actors Jayam Ravi and Anjali taking part in it. A market set resembling the Tenkasi Market was erected in Chennai for the shoot. The set reportedly costs rupees 40 Lakhs.

The director has revealed that the film is a rural based subject and revolves around the characters played by Jayam Ravi and Soori who appears as his friend. Anjali who is making a comeback in Tamil with this film plays one of the female leads. The film has another female lead and the team is on the look out for a suitable heroine for that role.
