Telugu movies get preference over dubbed 'Peta': Dil Raju

Dil Raju has found fault with producer Ashok Vallabhaneni's criticism of him and others like Allu Aravind over lack of theatres for 'Peta'.
"Everybody knows that the release dates of the three straight Telugu films ('Vinaya Vidheya Rama', 'F2' and 'NTR') were announced six months before. Despite this, it has been a struggle to allot theatres among these three films. Suddenly, the release date of 'Peta' was announced belatedly. How can theatres be adjusted for a dubbed movie in such a scenario? The same producer got enough number of theatres for 'Sarkar' last year. How can he expect the Telugu films to be discriminated against for a dubbed movie now ('Peta')?" Dil Raju questioned.
"That producer has assured that 'Peta' will rule the roost at the box-office from January 18. He should have released the movie on that date, then. Why give controversial, insane statements after announcing the release date (of 'Peta') so late? We all are doing business here. I have lost so much money as a distributor in the last one year. I am producing movies purely out of passion. 'VVR' has got the highest budget. 'NTR' and 'F2' are prestigious movies. The media should support these movies," Raju added.
