A few reports have emerged on Wednesday that Telugu Movie 'Agnyaathavaasi' has become the first non-'Baahubali' franchise movie to make a pre-release business of as much as Rs. 150 Cr.  

In the history of South Indian cinema, it's the 5th one to mop up this huge an amount before its theatrical release.  

Only a couple of months ago, the Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram Srinivas starrer (Malayalam Actress Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuvel are female lead roles) was expected to make Rs. 120 Cr before its release.  While the assertion of the reports is yet to be independently evaluated, it seems the satellite deals (including the Hindi dubbed version), Nizam territory's Rs. 29 Cr (by Dil Raju) and the Overseas deal (valued at Rs. 21 Cr) give a clue about the film's range.  

The mass entertainer could well make more than USD 2.5 million by the end of the first day (including premieres) in the US, with as many as 576 locations waiting to screen it!
