The coming together of talent across film industries, especially down South, is the flavour of the season. Nagarjuna and Karthi for Oopiri, Allu Arjun and Aadi Pinisetty for Sarrainodu, NTR and Mohanlal for Janata Garage, Rajamouli and Sudeep for Eega - these are only some of the examples. Ajay's role in Suriya's 24 is another one that may be watched out for.

Jagapathi Babu has been one Telugu actor raring to make a mark for himself in other States. Even as there is a speculation that Jagapathi will be Vijay's villain in a forthcoming film, it's now official that he will be Vishal's antagonist in Mysskin's Thupparivalan. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine.

The actor has reportedly charged Rs. 1.30 cr for this film. The director has been quoted as saying that Jaggu Bhai was first reluctant to play yet another character with "grey shades", but when he was narrated the character, he accepted to do the film.
