Television industry is shocked by the demise of this popular actor

Hindi entertainment industry has sustained yet another blow after the demise of seasoned actor Ghanshyam Nayak. He become a household name for his portrayal of Nattu Kaka in the long running television show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma'. He fought an year long battle with cancer before sccumbing to the disease. Ghanshyam had undergone surgeries after some cancerous knots were spotted in his neck.
Director of the show, Malav Rajda shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. Sharing a pic of Mr Nayak, he wrote, Ghanshyam bhai know you since I was a child when you used to do plays with my dad...loved you then and loved you now...and you will always be loved by everyone who knew you...still have to come across such a jovial, lovable and a selfless man like you...thank you for always showering your love and blessings on me...you will be really missed a lot...love you natu kaka.
Other memebers of the cast also expressed their condolences on social media.
