Telangana: Single-biggest spike in 24 hours

Telangana has logged 3,018 cases in 24 hours (as of August 25, 8PM). This is the single-biggest spike in a one-day period in the State.
The cumulative caseload in the State has climbed up to 1,11,688.
With 10 deaths in the 24-hour period, the cumulative fatality number stands at 780. The number of recovered cases stands at 85,223, with 1,060 recovering in the past 24 hours.
Case fatality rate is 0.69%. The cumulative recovery rate stands at 76.30%, which is more than India's cumulative recovery rate of 75.92%. The total number of active cases now stands at 25,685.
