Telangana: Rules regulating film shootings issued

As reported already, film shootings can be conducted in Telangana from June 15 onwards. The government has on Tuesday listed out certain conditions in this regard. These guidelines are applicable to the Telugu film industry as well as the TV industry.

Only those films which are 50 percent complete can go on the floors. Others can't.

Only 40 members are allowed to be there on a set at a time.

A medical declaration form has to be submitted by everyone who is going to be present on a film set.

Wearing a face mask and practising social distancing is a must on the set. It's mandatory for the producer to ensure sanitization and other facilities.

Shootings are banned in containment zones.

Pan and cigarette are banned on the set.

Outdoor shootings should be avoided to the extent possible.

It's mandatory that a doctor is deputed on every film set.

Before the start of the shoot every morning, every member of the unit has to be sensitized about the importance of social distancing.

The responsibility of artists' and technicians' health lies with the producer.
