Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Telangana Governor, has lauded Chiranjeevi for steering blood donation camps during the pandemic. She also praised him for setting up oxygen plants.

In a tweet from her official Twitter handle, the Governor wrote, "Living by example with exemplary services by celebrity Megastar donating blood, supplying oxygen to the needy amidst pandemic is highly laudable. Blood donors save lives (sic)."

Quote-tweeting it, the 'Sye Raa' actor profusely thanked her. "Thank you for your kind, encouraging words Madam GovernorDr TamilisaiGuv. Your appreciation energizes me to work harder and serve the needy even better. Extremely grateful to you! Thank you once again! (sic)," he wrote.

Earlier in the week, the legendary actor urged his fans to donate blood. He thanked them for being his "blood brothers and sisters" for many years.

On the work front, 'Acharya' will resume its shoot a couple of weeks from now. Co-starring Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, it is being directed by Koratala Siva. The film might hit the screens in October.
