Telangana has added more positive cases in the past 24 hours (as of July 31, 8 PM) than it had in the previous 24-hour period. The State logged 2,083 new cases.

The cumulative tally now stands at 64,786 in the State. With 11 deaths in the 24-hour period, the cumulative fatality number stands at 530.

The number of recovered cases stands at 46,502, with 1114 recovering in the past 24 hours.

Case fatality rate is 2.18%, which is a slight improvement from the cumulative fatality rate until a day earlier (which was 2.20%). The cumulative recovery rate stands at 64.54%, which has again a slight improvement.

The total number of active cases now stands at 17,754. About 84% of the cases are asymptomatic and are under home isolation.
