Teja to do a multi-starrer? Joke!

The buzz in the industry is that director Teja is all set to do a multi-starrer. Currently being written, the script is yet to take a final shape. Teja has not revealed which actors are under consideration in his mind but he has claimed that it is going to be a multi-starrer.
Teja hasn't had a single hit for many years (barring 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri', which was a black swan event rather). Secondly, all hopes of a vintage Teja making a comeback have dashed with 'Sita'. Who are those star heroes who will do a multi-starrer with him?
The confusion arises because of the very misuse of the term multi-starrer. A small hero working with two or more small heroes can't make for a multi-starrer because none of them is a star in the first place.
