'Tej I Love You' Day 1 share will shock you

This week, 'Pantham' and 'Tej I Love You' are the only Telugu releases. And the Gopichand-starrer has trumped the latter in terms of Day 1 collections. As reported yesterday, 'Pantham' earned a share of Rs. 3.22 crores (worldwide) and a gross of Rs. 5.20 crores on Day 1 (Thursday).

Despite belonging to rom-com genre, 'Tej I Love You' has failed to cross even Rs. 2 crores in terms of share on Day 1 (Friday) in the Telugu States. This is considered to be Sai Dharam Tej's super-disappointing box-office performance.

Back-to-back flops have severely dented the Mega hero's market for now. It's now up to him to choose the right scripts to retain his 'Supreme Hero' status.
