Shocking! Teen rapes and kills his 83 year old neighbour

In a shocking news a 14 year old teen has raped a 83 year old woman and then beaten her to death. The victim has been identified as Dorothy Mae Neal was a familiar figure in the West Baltimore neighbourhood, and when residents couldn’t see her for several days informed it to the police.
The criminal has been identified as Tyrone Harvin. It should be noted here that the Baltimore police has charged the criminal with charges of murder and rape. Reportedly Neal lived on the same street as Neal and may residents suspect that Neal might have been one of them who helped Dorothy often.
The preliminary hearing for the case is scheduled at September 19.
