The teaser of Arya's 'Teddy' that has just landed attracts first with the interesting concept of a Teddy bear coming to life which is sure to attract the family audience. However much before that, the opening lines by Magizh Tirumeni puts forth an interesting equation between the synchronized working of a costly swiss watch and his shady business which is quite arresting. There is also a human trafficking angle that suggests that this film could have something for every moviegoer to say the least.

'Teddy' seems to be right up Arya's alley with a strong dose of comedy with the talking toy and some high adrenaline action and he also gets to romance his real-life wife Sayyeshaa as well. Director Shakti Soundarajan has built a reputation of pioneering new genres in Tamil cinema including canine based ('Naaigal Jaakirathai'), zombie ('Mirudhan') and space move ('Tik Tik Tik'). This time its the talking Teddy that should be the USP with music score by D. Imman and produced by Studio Green K.E. Gnanavelraja.
