Brilliant actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to impress the audience with her upcoming sports drama 'Shabas Mithu' where she'll play the role of Mitali Raj. Captain of Indian women's cricket team, Mitali became an inspiration for millions by becoming one of the most successful players of the game.

On Monday Taapsee treated fans by sharing the first teaser of the film and there is no doubt that she is going to hit it out of the park. The teaser featured Mitali gearing up for an inning at Lord's Cricket Ground while her fans and supporters cheer for her. The teaser also gives an idea of Mitali's greatness by talking about her amazing feats on the pitch.

Teaser ends with Mitali taking guard at the crease as the camera pans to show the focus and determination on her face. Naturally Taapsee is proud to portray a national icon on big screen.

When she and the team wrapped up this project last year, Taapsee took to Instagram to write, "I was 8 when someone made me dream that one day, cricket won’t be just a gentleman’s game.
