It is official now. Actor Sidharth Malhotra is going to be the latest addition to Rohit Shetty's cop universe. The actor is going to headline a web show titled 'Indian Police Force' which will be set in same shared universe as 'Singham', 'Simmba' and 'Sooryavanshi' movies. However, unlike the previous films of this universe, 'Indian Police Force' will focus on Delhi Police instead of Mumbai Police.
The announcement teaser of the show was released recently by Sidharth Malhotra on Instagram. It featured a stylish montage of Rohit Shetty and his crew getting ready to film the show and near the end of the teaser, Sidharth Malhotra's character was introduced walking in slo-mo wearing a crisp police uniform.
Sidharth captioned the post as, "When @itsrohitshetty sir says Action, you know he literally means it! Super stoked to enter the cop universe with the action king himself! @rohitshettypicturez @primevideoin. #IndianPoliceForceOnPrime now filming.”
Apart from this one, Sidharth will soon be seen in projects like 'Mission Majnu', 'Yodha' and 'Thank God'.
