Fukri directed by Siddique and Jayasurya in the lead has whipped up lot of excitement before its release. It is for the first time Jayasurya is joining the doyen director Siddique known for comedy and fun –filled entertainment. Fukri is getting ready for Christmas release and would compete with films of Mohanlal, Prithviraj, Dulquer and Dileep.

The much awaited Teaser of the film was released online by Siddique and Jayasurya. Teaser is very much entertaining and Jayasurya appears stylish and funny. Jayasurya plays Lukman Alifukri aka Lucky and this film is rated as the costliest movie of the actor till now.

The story is based on the three generations of a Muslim family with the name Fukri`. The female lead roles are played by Prayaga Martin and Anu Sithara. Lal and Siddique are playing other prominent characters in the film.
