The sale of more than one lakh audio cassettes of 'Thavarina Siri' has once again proved that the good lyrics and music would be liked by the audience. Hamsalekha who has scored the music and written the lyrics for this film was applauded for this achievement. Even before the release of the film 'Thavarina Siri' (this is slated for release on 19 th of this month) audio bumper sale has made the prestigious banner Ramu Enterprises to give away the platinum disc for artistes and technicians of the film.

In a good turn out function at Green House restaurant it looked like 100 days function of the film. Shivrajkumar, Geetha Shivarajkumar, Upendra, Malashri, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Puneeth Rajkumar, Hamsalekha, director Saiprakash, story writer Ajaykumar, Cameraman of the film Giri, distributors of the audio cassettes in various parts of Karnataka received the trophy of platinum disc.
