Tara is brimming with happiness. Firstly because she has received the coveted national award from President of India Dr.Abdul Kalam for her sterling performance in 'Haseena' and secondly because she has appeared in the Reliance infocom 'R' world section. This is for the first time a communication system in the society creating a separate zone. This can be accessed by clicking on R World movies-South films-Tara.

The zone contains achievements of Tara and gives a background about her meteoric rise over the years in the Kannada film industry.

It is a great honor for me to have won this award and I share this with all the people of Karnataka. This Tara zone would help Kannadigas from across the country to share this honor with me on this joyous occasion said Tara.
