Tapsee Pannu not only takes on bold female centric characters in movies such as 'Pink' and 'Badla' but also is the same in real life too as an adamant reporter found out. Tapsee was speaking at the 50th International Film Festival of India at Goa when the said scribe insisted that she speak in Hindi as she is a Bollywood actress. The 'Aadukalam' girl asked the audience if all of them understood the language there was a negative response and she continued in English but the man was relentless.
Tapsee silenced him by telling that she not only does Hindi film but also South Indian ones and should she speak in Tamil to him. The intense actress also impressed by boldly refusing to answer a question regarding how she felt acting with Amitabh Bachchan in 'Pink' and 'Badla' shooting back that she expected better questions from a film festival audience than that.
Tapsee will soon be seen in Tamil as the heroine of 'Janaganamana' directed by Ahmed which has Jayam Ravi as the hero supported by Rahman and M.S. Bhaskar. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music.
