Tapsee Pannu's career has been going great guns in Bollywood at the moment, though she had begun her career in the south film industry, with movies like Aadukalam in Tamil and Jhummandi Nadham in Telugu. While she had a not so great beginning in Bollywood with Chashme Baddoor, her 2016 flick Pink changed her fortunes and turned out to be a U-turn in her career.

Tapsee went on to star in hits like Judwaa 2, Naam Shabana, and was last year seen in critically acclaimed movies like Mulk and Anurag Kashyap directorial Manmarziyan. The latest update has revealed that the pretty actress has walked out of a multi-starrer directed by Anurag Basu, which will be having a similar theme as his Life in a Metro. This movie was supposed to star Tapsee,Fathima Sana Shaikh, Rajkummar Rao and Abhishek Bachchan.

However, now Tapsee has exited the project, as reportedly director Anurag Basu could not clarify on the dates required from the actress, and hence she has moved on to her next, the Anurag Kashyap production Womaniya. Besides, Tapsee also has Badla directed by Sujoy Ghosh, costarring her Pink co-star Amitabh Bachchan, which happens to be the remake of Contratiempo, the 2016 Spanish hit.
