Days after Tanushree Dutta made sexual harassment allegations against Nana Patekar, CINTAA (Cine and TV Artistes Association) has today stated that it can't reopen the case it had first heard in 2008. The Association, however, has acknowledged that when the case first came to it in 2008, it was "not addressed properly".

"The case of sexual harassment was not addressed in 2008," CINTAA states. Why can't it do so now? CINTAA informs that cases which are more than three years old can't be dealt by it as per its constitution.

A video clip in which some goons vandalized Tanushree's car in 2008 is doing the rounds on the Internet. These are said to belong to a political party. But some are of the view that they belong to a TV channel crew! This incident happened after Tanushree fell out with Nana Patekar.

Meanwhile, Nana's lawyer has reportedly sent a legal notice to Tanushree. He is out of Mumbai and will hold a press meet soon.
