The Kollywood strike has thats been going on for the past few weeks has seen the non release of new Tamil films in theaters. Though the theaters owners called off their shutdown after the government promised to look into their demands the footfalls have lowest ever in all locations across the state.
As a ray of hope there is an important meeting between the TFPC and Theater Owners happening today and if the latter agree to certain terms of the former the strike could be called off today itself and new releases would hit the screens from the 6th of April. We can expect an announcement before tonight itself on this.
