Producer, actor and politician Udhayanidhi Stalin starrer 'Kalaga Thalaivan' hit the silver screens today. The highly anticipated action thriller, directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Red Giant Movies, is getting positive reviews from the audience and critics.

Meanwhile, Udhayanidhi's father and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin watched the movie along with the film crew at a private theatre in Chennai on Wednesday. The actor's mother Durga Stalin was also at the screening. The pictures of the CM watching Kalaga Thalaivan with his family went viral on social media.

A press note from the team informs that MK Stalin congratulated the hero of the film, Udhayanidhi as well along with the director Magizh Thirumeni and the crew for creating an elegant work with social concern. Nidhhi Agerwal played the female lead while Aarav played the evil antagonist in Kalaga Thalaivan.
