Actress Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli, a theater artist had entered films by acting in Magizh Thirumeni's debut movie Mundhinam Parthene and was also a part of few television serials. She had played lead roles in movies like Sutta Kathai in Tamil and also starred in few Malayalam movies.

Lakshmi Priya was a part of Nayanthara starrer Maya where she played her friend, and was last seen in Tamil in Richie where she was paired with cinematographer turned actor Natarajan Subramaniam. She was also the lead in the viral short film Lakshmi.
