Actress Priyanka Nair had made her debut in Tamil with Veyil, which was directed by Vasantha Balan. Also starring Bharath and Bhavana, the movie was produced by director Shankar's S Productions and Priyanka who was paired with Pasupathy was popular for the uruguthe song.

Later Priyanka had played lead roles in movies like Thollaipesi, Thirutham and also in many Malayalam movies. Now Priyanka Nair is all set to return to Tamil with the movie Utraan directed by debutant O Raja Gajini. This movie will have her performing a daring act, said the director.

Priyanka will be seen as a college professor named Kamali in the movie, and as the director revealed, the actress has acted semi nude in a police station scene in the movie in a daring way. Besides she has also acted in a scene where she makes the hero wear his underwear, said Utraan director.
