'Tamasha' release delayed for SRK's next

If sources are to be believed, then Imtiaz Ali's next, 'Tamasha' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will arrive, not this year, but in 2016.

Talks are that the film a romantic musical drama was expected to release this year in Christmas. However, the makers realised the festival season will also have the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Bajirao Mastani' as well as Rohit Shetty's next, an untitled project starring Shah Rukh Khan. Hence to play it safe and to avoid clash with such biggies, Imtiaz Ali and his team decided to postponed the release of 'Tamasha'.

Well looks like we have to wait a bit longer to see the successful on-screen jodi of Ranbir and Deepika again on big screen. Incidentally, 'Tamasha' will be second outing of Imtiaz and Ranbir together, post 'Rockstar'.
