Suraaj, the Kollywood director of 'Okkadocchadu', is in news for having been called out by Tamannah and Nayantara. Reacting to Suraaj suggesting that skin show is what the mass audience look for, Nayan has hit out unequivocally, saying that the audience's tastes are highly, unlike the director's.
Just as she said that the heroines wear short clothes only if the script demands, Tamannah too reiterated the same, demanding in addition that he apologize to her and all the women out there.
The comments might not have caused this strong a reaction had Suraaj not suggested that the actresses are not here for performing. Fittingly, films like 'Pink' have been invoked. Tamannah and Nayan themselves have essayed deglam roles in 'Baahubali' and 'Sri Rama Rajyam', respectively. Remarkably, they got their greatest applause for these films.
