Tamannah Gallery

Tamannah is certainly on the path to superstardom. After being part of projects with actors Suriya, Karthi and Bharath, the actress is all set to play Vijay’s love interest! And this is not for just any other film, but the actor’s landmark 50th movie!

Tamannah entered the industry playing performance-oriented roles like in ‘Kalloori, but soon became a commercial heroine, given her roles in films like ‘Padikkadhavan’ and ‘Ayan’. The actress has an interesting line up of films next, with Lingusamy’s ‘Paiya’ and Kannan’s ‘Kanden Kadhalai’. And now for the bonanza offer, to pair with the Ilaya Thalapathy.

If sources are to be believed, the actress has been approached for this role for film which will be produced by Sangili Murugan. Interestingly, it is said that the director for the film has not been disclosed, and the film is said to begin later this year after Vijay completes his ‘Vettaikkaran’.

It may be recalled that Sangili Murugan and Vijay earlier teamed up for the blockbuster ‘Kadhalukku Mariyadhai’. Here’s hoping this project too matches with that success.
