Tamannaah may have been seen for a mere split second in 'Baahubali-2', but she is nevertheless very happy for its Japan success. "So grateful for all the love Japan has showered on Bahubali 2! It completed 100 days in Japan.
Amazing, heartwarming, encouraging news to hear. So, so happy and thankful for everything," she tweets. "Our film has crossed 100 days in theatres and is presently in its 15th week, having already grossed over USD 1.3 million! A big thank you to Japanese fans for the love and our Japanese distributor for a great release!" producer Shobu Yarlagadda recently said.
Reacting to the two rapes, one in Kathua and another in Uttar Pradesh, that have rocked the nation, Tamannaah opines, "An 8-year-old raped in J&K. A 16-year-old raped and her protesting father beaten to death in order to protect the rapist.
Where is this country headed? How many Nirbhayas need to be sacrificed before reforms are made. A country that can't keep its women safe is a country with a rather regressive mentality that needs therapy."
