Actor Suriya will be seen next in Soorarai Pottru which is releasing this summer, and after this, the actor had recently signed director Hari's Aruvaa, his sixth movie with the director, and this movie is being planned to be shot in a single schedule and release in Diwali.

After Aruvaa, Suriya will be teaming with director Vetrimaaran for the film adaptation of the novel Vaadivaasal, as it was announced last year. Recently it was revealed that, Suriya is working with director TJ Gnanavel who had debuted with Kootathil Oruvan, for his 41st movie.

This movie was said to be about the life of tribal people, and the latest update on this movie is that it will have music by Sean Roldan. Sean Roldan had previously worked in Jyothika's Ratchasi and this is his first movie with Suriya. Sean also is expected to compose music for Dhanush's Pudhupettai 2.
