AR Rahman, who conducted a concert in London on July 8th, has "disappointed" his Hindi-speaking fans by singing a number of Tamil songs. Their complaint is that not enough of Bollywood numbers were performed by the Mozart of Madras.

Many reportedly left the Wembley hall and others took to social media demanding a refund.

The gig was actually named Netru Indru Naalai and the Tamil songs were only expected.

While there are many who are suggesting that the music director became popular by doing Bollywood, a number of die-hard Rahmaniacs down South are busy reminding the critics that the legendary musician is actually a Tamilian.
