Madhu, who produced super hit films like Tagore and Ghajini, has bagged the rights of the Telugu version of James Cameron's much-awaited Avatar. The producer's unbridled pursuits in Cinema are too well-known. He recently released Krishna Vamsi's film Mahatma. Though many producers vied to bag the release rights of the craziest film Avatar, it was Madhu who had the last laugh.

What is the film all about? 20th Century Fox's ambitious project Avatar, directed by James Cameroon of Titanic fame, is touted to be the biggest Hollywood project on the anvil. Probably because of its storyline and its director, the film's technology and use of 3-D special effects has made it the most-sought after movie in 2009.

Its craze is more than that of the apocalyptic 2012. You have corporates vying to mine ores in the distant planet Pandora. James Cameron is producing film along with Jon Landau. Sam Worthington, Zoë Saldana, Michelle Rodriguez, Sigourney Weaver and other form the cast.

In India, it will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, simultaneously with the English language version. It is the story of a determined Mr. Sully who wants to live a fit life when he gets an opportunity to go to Pandora. How he confronts the Na'vi race in Pandora forms the rest of the story.
