Tabu, Kareena Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's movie "Crew" opened well at the box office, and the second week is no different. The film, directed by Rajesh A. Krishnan, furthered its stir as collections made on the second Sunday of its airing reached ₹5.4 crore, according to Sacnilk.com. This is significantly higher than the last few days, which clearly speaks volumes as to how "Crew" is heading safely in its one week to cross the ₹ 60 crore mark in India.
The first-week collection of "Crew" was ₹43.75 crore, which collected ₹3.75 crore on the 8th day. It continued a growing trend, and collection remained at around ₹5.25 crore and ₹5.4 crore for the 9th and 10th days, respectively. The film has now gone on to amass a total of ₹58.15 crore, as per the early estimates.
In a recent interview, Kriti Sanon expressed that she always feels happy and almost elated to be an actress working in a film like 'Crew,' which represents a lot of positive changes for the industry. She greatly appreciated the strength and professionalism that her co-actors, Kareena and Tabu, brought with them. "Crew" will take the audience on an adventurous ride with the three air hostesses, Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti, as they coincidentally come across a dead passenger carrying gold biscuits. The movie also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, Saswta Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.
