It's known that director Lokesh Kanagaraj's 'Kaithi', which starred Karthi in the lead, is being remade in Hindi as 'Bholaa'. The action thriller is fronted by Ajay Devgn. Tabu is playing a gutsy police officer in this Bollywood remake.

The news is that the 'Ninne Pelladatha' actress escaped a dangerous accident while shooting for 'Bholaa' in Hyderabad. It was a chase sequence that had the actress sitting in a truck. When a biker working for the scene accidentally collided with the truck, resulting in the breaking of a glass pane. A glass shard would have injured Tabu, but fortunately, it didn't hurt her eye. With her escaping a major injury, everyone on set heaved a sigh of relief.

Tabu was seen in 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' in early 2020 as Allu Arjun's mother. The talented artist's performance was loved by the audience in it.

As for 'Bholaa', the remake is being produced by Ajay Devgn, Reliance Entertainment, and Dream Warrior Pictures. "After getting out of prison and the desire to meet his daughter, his plans are interrupted by a well-orchestrated drug bust," a synopsis of the film on IMDb says.
