Taapsee Pannu who hates hitting the routine gym is all set to follow a free regime all over again. We heard that the 'Baby' famed actress, who is currently shooting in Goa for her upcoming film Prakash Raj's directorial debut 'Tadka', has been practising a new health regime.

According to a unit sources, Taapsee has been spotted doing free sand running in Goa early morning before beginning her shoot. Not just that the actress has even found out a cross fitness trainer for herself in Goa.

When contacted her she said, "I wanted to try something extremely new and active and lately been hearing a lot about free running its the basic stage of parkour action and opens up your body really well and leaves you energised all day long, its extremely refreshing to try this new sport."

Besides 'Tadka', Taapsee will also be seen in 'Ghazi'.and 'Pink'.
