Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin's long awaited thriller flick 'Looop Lapeta' fianlly has a release date. According to the recent social media posts by the lead actors, the film is going to release on 4th of February. Although it does sound odd to announce a release date when most films are postponing their release due to third wave of the pandemic but it's all good since 'Looop Lapeta' is going to be a Netflix release.

The film is an official remake of the German film 'Run Lola Run'. The plot will be centered around Taapsee Pannu's character who is compelled to save her boyfriend (played by Tahir) who is stuck in a dangerous situation. Talking about the film, Taapsee earlier said, "This compelling story was extremely enjoyable to make along with my director, Aakash, and co-star, Tahir. I cannot wait for fans and audiences to watch this edge-of-the-seat film and enjoy it as much as we loved making it.”

Tahir, on the other hand, stated, "I am so excited about the release of Looop Lapeta. The film is a clutter-breaking take on new age romance, and a genre I am exploring for the first time. I can’t wait for the world to meet the characters Satya & Savi."
