Taapsee Pannu, known for taking varied roles across Bollywood, is now looking forward to her movie, 'Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba'. The actress shares some striking comments about how she struggled to find an influential circle in Bollywood recently.

During a freewheeling conversation with Zoom, the actress said she was told to call up high-profile people so that they could invite her to their events, but she said it was not her cup of tea. Taapsee, who gets up early in the morning and doesn't drink or smoke, said that she feels like a misfit at such parties and hence loves to party with her bunch of buddies.

Although she does not disregard the networking that comes with partying, Taapsee put across her stance about socializing compared to others in the same line of work. She goes on to mention other actors that she admires and who are in the same league as her, including Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma.

Speaking about high-level nepotism in Bollywood, Taapsee emphasized that the issue that reigned supreme was being able to have access to good roles in big-budget films. She proceeded to say that even with confidence, without the support of big camps or influential people, being able to breach into those inner circles is just not possible.

Look at the new Taapsee; she is all set to dive into a new project much similar to her film "Dunki," opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Currently, the actor is slated to feature in "Woh Ladki Hain" opposite Pratik Gandhi and the new Netflix outing, looking towards a sequel to her super hit "Haseen Dilruba," titled "Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba," opposite Vikrant Massey.

She is an exceptional actress, displaying unwavering dedication and immense talent as she makes her mark in the film industry, all while gracefully maneuvering through the complexities of Bollywood's social scene.
