The Lok Sabha elections are fast approaching, as Tamil Nadu is set to face polling on April 18. The major political parties are busy campaigning, and in this situation, yesterday, the multi-talented film personality T Rajendar met DMDK leader and actor Captain Vijayakanth.

T Rajendar had been to VIjayakanth's residence with his younger son Kuralarasan, and had invited Vijayakanth for Kuralarasan's wedding. Sharing the news of the meeting, Vijayakanth tweeted wishing Kuralarasan for his marital life and expressed that T Rajendar and himself reminisced of their journey in films. 

Captain Vijayakanth also shared two photos from their meet, during which Kuralarasan was also present. It must be noted that, in 1987 Vijayakanth had acted in the movie Cooliekaaran, which had music composed by T. Rajendar.
