World renowned action hero Sylvester Stallone has reportedly decided to sue Warner Bros for fraud and dishonesty in concealing the real profits of his 1993 film Demolition Man` in which he starred with Wesley Snipes.

According to Stallone`s representatives the agreement between the star and the production company was if Demolition Man` made 125 million dollars he would get 15 percent. But the studio had accounted that the film incurred a loss while now it has come to light that there was no deficit. The Rambo` star has said that he is taking this fight so as to end the bad accounting practice of Hollywood studios which should not happen to any other actor.
