One of the top music directors of the country, Yuvan Shankar Raja, the son of maestro Isaignani Ilaiyarajaa had made his debut as a composer before 23 years on this day. He had made his debut in the movie Aravindan, starring Sarathkumar and produced by Amma Creations T Siva.

On the special day, fans of the music director have been pouring wishes and tributes on social media, and are celebrating the occasion. Yuvan Shankar Raja has responded to the wishes, and has posted an emotional tweet "This wouldn't have happened if not for your love and encouragement all through these years, your love has only motivated me to go higher and I will. Yuvan Shankar Raja's last release as a music director was Hero starring Siva Karthikeyan, and the busy composer is a part of many movies like Thala Ajith starrer Valimai, Venkat Prabhu's political entertainer Maanaadu starring Simbu, SJ Suryah starrer Bommai, Kasadathapara, Dikkiloona and Kuruthi Aattam.
