In 'Swathi Muthyam', Bala Murali (Bellamkonda Ganesh) is a victim of misunderstandings. His father (Rao Ramesh) believes that he has done a 'yedhava pani'. But, as the trailer's penultimate segment shows, Bhagya Lakshmi (Varsha Bollamma) firmly believes, at the end of the day, that her groom is a true-blue 'swathi muthyam', a term that has become synonymous with the clean character.

The trailer denotes that Vennela Kishore has got a full-fledged role alongside the hero. After 'Oke Oka Jeevitham', here is one more substantial film in the versatile comedian's kitty.

Director Lakshman K Krishna has filled the film, seemingly, with the right dose of comedy and family sentiment. VK Naresh may have a lesser role than Rao Ramesh, but he makes his presence felt. Another middle-aged character seen is of Goparaju Ramana.

Produced by S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments, the film will hit the screens on October 5. The Dasara release is all set to woo the family audience to theatres.

'Nee Chaaredu Kalle' and 'Dum Dum Dum' are the two songs that have been released. Mahathi Swara Sagar is the film's music director.
