'Swapaanam' for Hanoi Festival

Though it has to settle for lesser accoladess in desi festivals, Shaji N karun's 'Swapaanam' is going places. This Jayaram starrer will be screened in the competition section of the years Hanoi Film Festival. The current edition of the festival will be held between 23-27 of November.

'Swapaanam' which dealt with the theme of the fading life of a percussion artist and his quest for life and love in a Mohiniyattam artist played by Kadombari. The movie was expected to earn a lot for Jayaram in festivals and award ceremonies.But sadly, it didn't bring much for the actor who was banking much on its performance. Vineeth, Siddhique and Lekshmy Gopalaswamy were also seen in important roles in the movie.
