During the Diwali celebration, actress Sushmita Sen appeared with her ex-boyfriend, Rohman Shawl, in public. The duo had called it a day in their relationship back in 2021, with Sen pointing out that they had remained friends. Spotted together on a few occasions in Mumbai, the duo was clicked by paparazzi at the Diwali bash. Sen looked gorgeous as ever in a black saree with minimal jewellery, and Shawl looked dapper in his white kurta-pyjama teamed with a green blazer.

In the circulating video, Rohman is seen elegantly supporting Sushmita as she goes along with her saree. They happily posed for the cameras, and Rohman softly held Sen, who wore a smile in her trademark style. Also, Sen clicked individual pictures for the media.

Fans reacted online, guessing their relationship status. Some said they were surprised at the reunion, while others expressed hope for them to reunite, proving that they made a great pair.

Sushmita and Rohman dated for three years before parting ways in December 2021. Rohman had first made contact with Sen on Instagram, the popular photo-sharing application, two years ago. A few months ago, Sen announced their breakup, reiterating they had moved on from a romantic relationship to friendship. Earlier today, Rohman lauded the inspirable nature of Sushmita and said she's been an inspiring influence in his life.

On the public appearances front too, Rohman pointed out how nonchalant they both were to everyone's opinions and said that in spite of the conjecture outside, one needs to live life on his or her terms. Sen is currently basking in the success of her show "Aarya 3."
